AGREED: There will be ONE output document from the ENUMF. It will be a "GEN" series document (600X) Tier 1 Architecture Doc 1001 May become an annex. Andrew Gallant, AG Design, LLC Assessment of work of Forum Mr. Gallant presented the results of applying project management techniques to analyze the progress and expected completion dates of the ENUM Forum work. How to assemble the first draft of the Unified Deliverable -Robert Schafer volunteered to be the editor. AGREED: By July 3, we should have a consolidated draft for use by the Task Groups. Laks will assist RS. AGREED: At the next face-to-face ENUM Forum meeting, we will not have separate TG sessions. Rather we will go through the UD draft. Action item: TG leaders to go back into their own work plans to identify status of each work item/document and identify editors. Provide to Robert Schafer. Approval of Revised Task Group Work Plans (See above) Approval of Task Group Recommendations (see above) Readout from Legal Experts Group Three basic anti-trust guidelines (see LEG0010R0) The ENUM Forum should base any recommendation on the technical considerations of efficiency and workability, as well as technical security, privacy, and redundancy concerns, and other technical considerations as they relate to ENUM implementation only. Specific recommendations of architectures employing specified numbers of Tier 1 entities should focus on these technical considerations and must remain completely independent from and unrelated to non-technical considerations related to how many or which specific entity or entities might serve the Tier 1 role. The selection processes for Tier1 entities must be determined by whatever entity ultimately is responsible for establishing the bidding process and identifying the successful bidder(s). Same for other groups worldwide interested in ENUM. Administrative issues AGREED: For document posting requests, at a minimum, copy TG chair and explain what action item is being addressed.
